With an architectural background and a licensed architect, we have the unique ability to assist you with everything from site selection all the way through moving into your new home. 

 

Residential Remodeling:

In addition to new home construction, we do small remodel projects such as kitchens, bathrooms, decks, home offices, outdoor barbeques and trellises.

 

Cost Estimating:

Nothing is more important than the construction budget. Our design and construction experience allows us the ability to provide preliminary costs throughout the design process. We can offer this service whether we are the designer or someone else is.

 

Project Management:

The best way to control cost is to maintain an accurate and organized schedule. We layout an aggressive but workable schedule before the construction starts. We provide the owner with target dates, select materials and a list of preferred suppliers to shop for everything froom appliances to plumbing fixtures. 

 

Quality Control:

During Construction, we are on site everyday, supervising the subcontractors and coordinating any changes with the owner. 

 

Tenant Improvements:

Though most of our work is residential, we also do commercial build outs for retail businesses.
